The Punisher (Upper, Lower, and Total)
This series of classes combines mixed martial arts with modern techniques that will kick and punch you into the best shape of your life. The Punisher combines "old school" training with results-oriented scientific techniques. The Punisher: Upper focuses on the upper body with push-ups and punch combinations. The Punisher: Lower focuses on the lower body with squats, lunges, and kick combinations. The Punisher: Total combines both workouts into an intense full-body routines. These classes are recommended for those with strong cardio endurance.

StrikeForce Focus
During Focus, you'll get a great total-body workout with an emphasis on form and technique. You'll pair up with a partner and work Thai Pads and Focus Mitts to increase kicking and punching speed, power and focus. This class is a must for those wishing to learn serious technique while getting an incredible workout!
